We're AI-first, design-focused, and moving fast and now were hiring our first dedicated Product Designer in Bangalore to help us shape what’s next. About the Company You’ll Be Designing For Our platform helps creators publish smarter and faster. With hundreds of thousands of users and millions of videos published across YouTube and beyond, we’ve proven there’s a real need for what we’re building — and we’re just getting started. We’re profitable, product-led, and lean. We’re launching a next-generation version of our platform that brings together AI, automation, and intuitive design in ways that truly make a difference. Our product has no direct competitors, and we’re looking for thoughtful, ambitious people ready to help shape the future. What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end product design process — from research and ideation through to prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and handoff. Establish and maintain a modern, scalable atomic design system for our platform — including component libraries, patterns, and tokens. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to build features that are intuitive, performant, and aligned with user needs. Conduct and leverage user research, usability testing, and product analytics to guide decisions and improve outcomes. Use AI tools to accelerate workflows, assist in research and prototyping, and explore new methods for rapid iteration and feedback. Bring structure and polish to ambiguous problems, driving clarity through design thinking and systems thinking. Champion design excellence across the company — setting standards, advocating for user-centered decisions, and helping shape product strategy. What We’re Looking For 6–20 years of experience in product/UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS or product startups. A strong portfolio that shows thoughtful, user-centered solutions — and clear impact on real products. Deep expertise in Figma and proficiency with prototyping, user research, and collaboration tools (e.g., FigJam, Miro, Maze, etc.). Experience building and maintaining a component-based design system, with strong understanding of Atomic Design principles. Ability to run usability studies, conduct interviews, and apply both qualitative and quantitative insights to your work. Interest or experience in AI-assisted design tools — whether for ideation, copy, visuals, or research. A systems thinker who can balance beautiful interfaces with practical constraints. Excellent communication skills — you can articulate design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams. Bonus: Experience working in agile environments, B2B SaaS products, or content/media platforms.
