Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Execute and drive multiple UX projects by diagnosing business and user needs
Apply all pieces of user-centred design methodology and processes
Plan and conduct primary and secondary research
Convert user insights into concept designs that are not only compelling but are contrasting ideas looking at business challenges from varied angles
Design and manage all interaction design activities, including visual design coordination with global designers
Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design principles and rationale
Manage communications at all levels and be responsible for project deliverables with quality and on time

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of hands-on experience of all user-centered design processes.
Experience in designing for various devices and systems (web, mobile, handheld, and display systems) and MUST have hands-on experience in Figma, Photoshop, and presentation deck designs.
Expert-level knowledge UCD methodology, information architecture, navigation models and interaction design principles
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation and client relations skills
Ability to trigger business discussions with Program Managers and other stakeholders
A clear and effective presentation style to inform and influence important design decisions and maintain credibility
Deeper eagerness for observing human behavior, and synthesizing insights into design
Be organized and showcase excellent time management skills, and be highly detail-oriented.
Ability to manage own timelines in an efficient manner while receiving strategic and tactical direction from project stakeholders.
