Frontend React Developer

Role Description

As a Frontend Software Engineer specializing in React, you will be joining our remote-first development team based in India and Denmark. Your primary focus will be on delivering an excellent user experience through high-quality software as a service (SaaS) products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-facing features, ensuring they are both functional and visually appealing. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code, optimizing performance, and staying current with the latest industry trends and best practices. You will also participate in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and help drive continuous improvement in our development processes.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features using React.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and user experience.
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing features.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience with React.
• At least 5 years in a software engineering role.
• Expertise in web services, API, REST, and RPC.
• Solid networking knowledge (protocols, subnetting, routing).
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Microsoft's .NET stack.
• Backend or full-stack experience.
