Senior Front End Developer

Role Overview: Thinkproject is seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer (React.js) with 7-8 years of experience in building modern, scalable, and performant web applications. The role will primarily focus on React.js and web front-end development, with potential exposure to React Native as a bonus. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of strong technical expertise, ownership mentality, collaborative spirit, and a dedication to delivering exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain React.js applications by creating reusable, modular, and scalable components. - Implement advanced state management using technologies like Redux, Recoil, Zustand, or Context API. - Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive and accessible web experiences. - Integrate front-end components with RESTful API services. - Optimize web applications for performance, security, and accessibility. - Write comprehensive tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) utilizing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress. - Ensure high code quality through code reviews, refactoring, and adherence to best practices. - Engage in architecture discussions, suggest technical enhancements, and provide mentorship to junior developers. Qualifications Required: - 7-8 years of professional front-end development experience. - Expert-level proficiency in React.js, including hooks, context API, and functional components. - Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. - Deep understanding of modern CSS concepts such as Flexbox, Grid, and experience with CSS-in-JS frameworks like Styled Components and Emotion. - Familiarity with bundling and build tools like Webpack and Vite. - Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, responsive, cross-browser compatible applications. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Capability to mentor team members and uphold code quality standards. - Ownership mindset with the ability to independently take features from design to deployment.
