As we scale our platform to support advanced e-commerce capabilities, we're looking for a talented Flutter Developer to join our growing team. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer who has hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of web technologies and must be capable of developing high-performance, scalable applications at the level of major e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) Build and deploy apps for Android and iOS from a single codebase Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services Ensure responsive, secure, and smooth performance across devices Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional apps Handle bug fixing, app optimisation, and regular updates Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment Maintain documentation for development processes and codebase Contribute to building web interfaces when required Required Skills: Proficient in Flutter and Dart Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle Solid experience with Android Studio, Xcode, and cross-platform deployment Familiar with State Management techniques (e.g. Provider, Bloc, Riverpod) Knowledge of Firebase or similar BaaS solutions Familiarity with modern architecture patterns like MVC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture Working knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design) Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Familiarity with publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud services and hosting (e.g. AWS, GCP) Knowledge of e-commerce flows (cart, checkout, payment gateways) Previous experience working in a startup or agile environment Why Join Us: Opportunity to work on a large-scale, impactful project Collaborative and supportive team culture Career growth and skill-building opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
