The Mandate: My Direct Involvement is Non-Negotiable - Why?

• You will be micromanaged.

   We will work in a continuous VS Code Live Share session. This is not to check if you are working; it is because I am the domain expert and the sole guardian of the UI/UX vision. My real-time guidance is the fastest path to eliminating errors and achieving a high-quality product. This is not a hobby but a business.

• Performance-Based:

   Your ability to rapidly complete tasks to a high standard is paramount. Your performance on initial tasks will determine your continuation on the project and the potential for a long-term partnership.

• No "Leisurely Pace":

   This is a sprint. We are paying for focused, efficient work to meet a tight deadline.

Senior Developer Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional, hands-on Flutter development experience.

   Applications not meeting this requirement will be disregarded.

• Expert-level proficiency in BLoC state management and Clean Architecture principles.

   You must be able to navigate and extend a complex, existing codebase built on these patterns 

• Strong practical understanding of backend integration with Supabase and relational databases (PostgreSQL). You are not doing DB but understanding it is. Proven ability to rapidly debug and refactor complex code.

Working Arrangement & Schedule

• Continuous VS Code Live Share:

   This is the core of our workflow and is 

  non-negotiable

  . It allows for instant guidance and quality control.

• Schedule:

   Approximately 

  1:00 PM to 8:30 PM IST

  , Monday to Saturday, with a 1-hour break (broken as chosen)

• Discipline & Commitment:

   This is a 50-hour mission. Your full focus and commitment are essential.

• Your BLoC and Clean Architecture skills are theoretical, not deeply practical.
