Senior Financial Controller

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Finance Controller at GoodScore, you will have a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, establishing reporting systems, and providing the leadership team with data-driven insights. This position offers a high-impact opportunity with full ownership of the finance function, allowing for hands-on involvement in startup operations, fundraising activities, and cross-functional collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Financial Planning & Reporting - Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly MIS reports for internal and investor review. - Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and working capital models. - Collaborate on Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and performance dashboards. - Accounting & Compliance - Ensure adherence to Ind-AS and statutory reporting requirements. - Manage audit processes and statutory filings. - Cash Flow & Expense Management - Monitor and control cash flow, burn rate, and fund utilization. - Business Strategy Support - Work closely with founders and operations teams to derive insights from financial data. - Support pricing strategies, commission modeling, and key business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Assist in due diligence processes and investor reporting as necessary. **Qualifications Required:** - CA-qualified (first attempt preferred). - 3-6 years of relevant experience in high-growth startups or financial services. - Proficient in Excel; experience with Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks is advantageous. - Data-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy and process enhancement. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, ownership-centric work environment. **Additional Details:** GoodScore is a rapidly growing credit score and credit management app in India, dedicated to enhancing financial literacy and credit access for millions of credit-underserved individuals.
