Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain

The role of leading and providing expertise to project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment is crucial in this position. You will collaborate with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conduct complex financial analysis effectively to achieve objectives. Additionally, representing the business unit and the organization when required, building productive relationships, and mentoring lower-level employees are key responsibilities. You will be leading and providing expertise to functional project teams, as well as participating in cross-functional initiatives. You will act as an expert in providing direction and guidance for process improvements and policy establishment. Collaborating with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope is an essential aspect of this role. Performing complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing a strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively, is also a key responsibility. In this role, you will lead and drive business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance. Forecasting financial results within a broad scope, identifying opportunities for process improvement and policy development, and actively engaging in their design and implementation are crucial tasks. Representing the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes and representing the organization to external customers and clients are also part of your responsibilities. Applying advanced subject matter knowledge, leading and contributing to complex projects, and exercising independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies are important aspects of this role. Developing and building productive internal and external working relationships, as well as providing mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees, are key components of this position.
