Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

As a Senior FP&A Analyst at Fortrea, you will be part of the global finance team, playing a crucial role in financial planning and reporting processes. Your analytical and detail-oriented approach will be key in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reporting to drive strategic decisions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting, contributing to process improvements and business performance enhancements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Consolidate budgets and monthly forecasts across business units and functions. - Prepare and deliver presentations on key budget and forecast variances to senior stakeholders. - Generate and enhance monthly financial reports to align with evolving business needs. - Coordinate the monthly close and forecast cycle for timely and accurate submissions. - Identify and support process improvement initiatives for enhanced financial planning efficiency. - Utilize business data to provide insights and aid strategic decision-making. - Conduct advanced financial analyses and scenario planning for ad-hoc requests. - Report, analyze, and manage monthly financial results in collaboration with senior leadership. - Build strong relationships across a global matrix organization with finance and business teams. - Assist in developing financial business cases for capital expenditure proposals. - Support evaluation and enhancement of forecasting systems. - Mentor and train junior staff within the finance hub. - Collaborate closely with the executive suite for ad-hoc analysis during quarterly board meetings and earnings releases. - Perform any other duties assigned to support the broader finance organization. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus). - Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems. - Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to senior stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate across global teams and manage competing priorities. **Experience:** - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a global or matrixed organization. **Preferred Qualifications:** - CRO Experience preferred. - Workday Financials or Adaptive Planning experience is a plus.
