Senior Financial Accountant

As a Senior Financial Accountant at Vinp Distilleries and Sugars Pvt Ltd, you will be a crucial part of the corporate finance team. Your role involves preparing accurate financial statements, analyzing financial data, overseeing daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with tax and statutory requirements under the guidance of the Head of Finance. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare precise and timely financial statements as per statutory guidelines. - Conduct bank and party reconciliations, review ledgers, and monitor cash flow effectively. - Analyze financial data to provide valuable insights for business decisions and reporting. - Ensure strict compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other financial regulations. - Utilize accounting software such as Tally, ERP for daily accounting tasks and reporting. - Assist in audits, collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and conduct variance analysis for financial planning. - Contribute to enhancing financial operations through process improvements. Qualifications: - Education: B.Com / M.Com with CA (Inter), CFA, or completed CA Articleship. - Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in core accounting and finance functions. - Strong exposure to financial reporting, analysis, GST, Income Tax compliance, and reconciliations. - Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, ERP, etc. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,
