Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance professional for our Finance & Accounts department. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience in financial management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership preferably within a manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis

ؠAnnual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

ؠProvide decision support to the Board and MD on capital investments, expansions,

and restructuring.

2) Fund Management & Treasury

ؠEnsure efficient working capital management.

ؠManage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and government bodies for funding.

ؠHandle project finance and various scheme by Various Councils, District Industries Centre, and Central Ministries etc

ؠExperience in year-end preparation and filling of annual returns for the group in coordination with Statutory auditors and Secretarial Auditors.

ؠFinalising Tax Audit and other statutory requirements

4) Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

ؠGST, TDS, Income Tax, related filings and inspections.

ؠSEBI LODR Compliances, ROC Related compliances

ؠFollowing of all statutory renewals & new registration and keeping comprehensive a data base and timely renewals including Advance Tax planning/Computation

5) Cost Control & Profitability Management

ؠDrive cost control initiatives, production, logistics, and marketing.

ؠMonitor unit-wise profitability

Qualifications & Experience:

ؠCA Inter / M. Com / CMA or Any Commerce Postgraduate over 15 years of Experience in Manufacturing (OR) Qualified Chartered Accountant

Key Skills:

Advanced Excel

ؠStrong communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Tamil is a plus
