About the Role

Senior Finance Manager

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies), and financial institutions for project finance and working capital, including loan documentation, BG/LC limits, follow-ups on disbursements, and monitoring cash flow and fund utilization for Solar EPC projects.
Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance for GST, TDS, and Income Tax, including timely calculation, filing, reconciliations, coordination with consultants, and adherence to statutory deadlines to avoid penalties and interest.
Clear understanding and hands-on experience of financial modelling, DCF, and NPV calculations for projects or companies
Manage regular vendor and contractor payments by verifying invoices and approvals, coordinating billing and payment schedules, and maintaining accurate payment records and MIS.
Handle payment follow-ups and receivables management by tracking aging, coordinating invoicing with project and billing teams, ensuring timely collections, and reporting receivable status to management.
Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow statements, and fund position reports to support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Key Skill Requirement

Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel & Tally (mandatory
Expertise in financial modelling and project finance.
