Opening For Senior Manager Finance (Corporate Office)

Job Description

Preparation of Budget and Cashflow Projection

Develop and Implement Financial Policies and Procedures • Preparation of Regular Financial reports like, BS, P&L, Cashflow and other required reports

Communicate with Stake Holders, Construction Finance Team and other Core Project team members.

Maintain relationship with Bankers, Investors, Major Contractors and Major Suppliers

Manage Tax, Compliance and other Statutory Requirements Communication with our external Tax and Compliance consultants and getting their advice from time to time. And updating the same to the Internal Core Members

Preparation of Financial Feasibility for each project and present internally

Cashflow Management

Leading the Finance team

Attending the Internal and Statutory Audits Skills Required

Excellent Financial and Analytical Skill

Strong Communication Skill

Attention to Detail and able to work under pressure

Understanding Real estate/Construction activities and knowledge of Project management

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at one time Must have 6 to 8 years of experience in Real Estates/ Construction

Very Clear understanding of Tax, Compliance and Statutory requirements of Real Estate/Construction Companies.

Able to Travel in India and overseas in case of requirement
