Senior Finance Executive cum procurement/MIS

Role Overview: As a CBRE Finance Associate, you will be responsible for leading projects, implementations, and training sessions related to process improvements within the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. Your role will involve maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls. Key Responsibilities: - Review and present data on various transactional activities and functions such as vendor invoice processing, 1099 and tax processing, lease administration, and cash receipt applications to management. - Conduct audits for identified process improvement initiatives and make recommendations based on the findings. - Resolve advanced inquiries and requests from internal and external customers in a timely manner. - Act as the point person for implementing complex process improvements that require a team effort. - Delegate tasks to team members, ensuring timelines are met. - Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems, recommending new techniques where necessary. - Collaborate with other teams to suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions aimed at enhancing team efficiency. Qualifications Required: - High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. - Comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within your job function. - Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical manner. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Strong organizational skills coupled with an advanced inquisitive mindset. - Advanced math skills enabling you to calculate figures like percentages, discounts, and markups.
