Senior Finance Executive (CA)

As a Finance Executive / Sr. Finance Executive at the company located in Panvel, you will have the following responsibilities: Role Overview: You will be responsible for various tasks related to Banking & Relationship Management, Agency & Audit Coordination, Financial Reporting & Documentation, and Regulatory & Compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update bank accounts including KYC updating, addition/deletion, and modifications. - Prepare and follow up with banks for certificates required for tenders, projects, and client submissions. - Coordinate with consortium banks and valuers for collateral/site visits. - Liaise with rating agencies for submission of required data. - Coordinate and prepare data for consortium bank meetings. - Handle quarterly audit queries and cost audit requirements. - Prepare QIS Statements I, II, III. - Prepare Monthly Stock Statements and DP Allocation Statements. - Assist Company Secretary in MCA compliance such as MSME data, ROC DPT-3, Secretarial Audit Returns, ROC searches, Due Diligence, etc. - Ensure timely submission of statutory and compliance requirements. Qualification Required: - CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company is looking for candidates with 3-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, banking coordination, and audit handling. You should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, MCA compliance, and banking documentation. Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, SAP, or ERP systems is required. Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills are also desired. It is important to note that the offered CTC is between 6 to 8 Lacs.,
