Join us in shaping the future of EG by taking on the role of a visionary FinOps Lead within our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Mangalore. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in an initiative aimed at establishing financial transparency across our extensive portfolio of over 100 products. You will be part of a groundbreaking journey that aims to redefine our company's performance management setup within our technological landscape and product portfolio. **Responsibilities:** - Drive the transformation of EG's performance management setup by advocating for a performance-driven culture and striving to establish a top-tier financial analytics framework, emphasizing continuous identification and implementation of improvement initiatives. - Oversee the financial performance of our Software and Infrastructures, ensuring optimal cost management and reporting for elements such as clouds, hosting systems, and ERP suites. - Develop and manage budgets for product infrastructure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - Coordinate proper tagging and cost allocation for different business units and products while enhancing financial visibility. - Serve as a bridge between finance, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on cloud financial strategies. - Provide support to the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis and management through strategic analysis and problem-solving. - Collaborate with the finance team on joint presentations, business reviews, and analysis. - Generate financial reports and dashboards to offer insights into cloud spend and usage patterns. - Work closely with engineering, DevOps, finance, and procurement teams to ensure smooth integration of financial operations in the cloud environment. - Educate internal teams on cloud cost efficiency and financial accountability through workshops and training sessions. - Communicate financial metrics and insights to leadership, offering clarity on cloud spend, trends, and potential risks. - Establish a culture of transparency and accountability for cloud usage and costs throughout the organization. - Stay abreast of industry trends in cloud economics and provide recommendations for cost-effective technology investments. - Identify cost-saving opportunities, such as right-sizing, reserved instances, and auto-scaling, and encourage actionable steps to minimize waste. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years" experience in financial operations, cost management, and IT projects. - Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure and platforms, pricing models, financial management, and cost optimization. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Proficiency in reporting tools like PowerBI and Excel. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex financial concepts for various stakeholders. **What can you expect from us:** - A professional and business-oriented environment filled with exciting projects. - Highly talented and dedicated colleagues who believe in continuous improvement through collaboration and active knowledge sharing. - Opportunities for personal and professional growth. - Access to targeted training programs through our EG Academy. - Competitive employee benefits in the industry.,
