Senior Finance Analyst

As a Finance Manager, your role will involve overseeing and managing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely finalization of accounts, including the preparation of financial statements and reports. Additionally, you will handle all tax matters, including direct and indirect taxes, ensuring compliance with local, state, and central tax regulations. You will also coordinate and prepare tax filings and liaise with tax authorities as needed. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting financial analysis and assisting in due diligence for raising capital. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. - Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management. - Identifying and mitigating financial risks. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Masters degree or MBA/CA preferred). - Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role. - Proficiency in financial management, accounting, and tax matters. - Strong knowledge of investment proposals and due diligence processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
