Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of seasonal kidswear collections.
Create detailed design sketches, mood boards, and technical packs (tech packs).
Source appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories for each collection.
Work closely with sampling and production teams to ensure garments meet fit, comfort, and quality standards.
Research market trends, colors, and styles to ensure designs are relevant and innovative.
Maintain brand identity while balancing creativity with commercial viability.
Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams for product launches.
