About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Fashion Consultant to join our team at Mukti & Kavith Casa. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in couture fashion, bespoke tailoring, and luxury menswear consulting. This role requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills, deep fashion knowledge, and the ability to manage custom-made orders for weddings, suits, and high-end menswear clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult clients on couture and bespoke menswear, including sherwanis, suits, and custom wedding attire.

• Manage the end-to-end process of bespoke orders—from initial consultation and fabric selection to final fitting and delivery.

• Provide styling advice to clients for weddings, formal events, and special occasions.

• Ensure seamless coordination with design, production, and tailoring teams to deliver luxury, made-to-measure garments.

• Maintain and grow strong client relationships by offering exceptional service and personalized attention.

• Achieve sales targets while upholding brand values of exclusivity and luxury.

• Stay updated with latest fashion trends in couture menswear to provide clients with relevant insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in couture or bespoke fashion consulting.

• Strong knowledge of menswear fabrics, fits, and tailoring techniques.

• Experience in handling VIP clientele and luxury customers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.

• Target-driven mindset with proven ability to deliver sales results.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple custom orders simultaneously.
