Bachelor s Degree preferably in travel studies and/or Diploma/equivalent in travel and tourism 2-4 years of experience in a similar profile Good negotiation skills Excellent communication and excel skills Negotiate and finalize competitive rates, special offers and terms conditions with hotels, transporters, restaurants and other land service providers across various destinations. Work closely with the Product and Operations teams to develop accurate costings, quotes and proposals for fixed departure group tours. Assist in resolving complaints or service-related issues in coordination with the Operations team when the group is on road. Maintain updated databases of contracted vendors, rate sheets and agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent service delivery and support.
