1. Assist the sales team in lead generation, follow-up, and nurturing prospective leads.
2. Coordinate and schedule site visits and customer meetings under supervision.
3. Support the preparation and submission of application forms, allotment letters, and other sales documentation.
4. Contribute to achieving monthly site visit, booking, and revenue targets.
5. Liaise with channel partners and property consultants to generate enquiries and develop business pipeline.
6. Help coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional events; actively participate in site events and walk-ins.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on leads, site visits, and sales progress to senior sales management.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory guidelines including RERA.
