Senior Executive – Vendor Management (Transportation & Logistics)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Vendor Management Executive to join our Sales & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a reliable vendor network across India for transportation services. This role requires strong coordination skills, a deep understanding of logistics operations, and the ability to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of goods.

1. Customer Support Executive

• Identify, approach, and onboard reliable transportation vendors across India.
• Verify vendor credentials including legal documents, permits, and capacity checks.
• Maintain and regularly update the national vendor database.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely pickup and delivery of consignments.
• Share trip/booking details with vendors and ensure they follow SOPs.
• Handle vendor communication for freight rates, routes, transit times, and issue resolution.
• Ensure goods are delivered safely and any delivery exceptions are handled efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal sales/customer support team if a customer is not being handled properly.
• Monitor vendor performance regularly and take corrective action when required.
• Manage vendor payments, expense verification, and feedback collection.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide information about packing, moving, pricing, and timelines.
• Coordinate bookings and update customers on shipment status.
• Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
