Senior Executive - Travel & Expense

Role Overview: You will be responsible for processing/auditing business travel & expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with country-specific expense policy requirements. Additionally, you will reconcile transactions made on T&E cards, respond to employee queries, and proactively raise issues and concerns with stakeholders. As part of your role, you will provide administrative and analytical support to management and promote T&E policy understanding and adherence. Key Responsibilities: - Process and audit business travel & expense claims within the required service level agreements - Reconcile transactions on T&E cards, verify & post transactions in the system - Respond promptly to employee queries regarding their travel & expense claims - Communicate changes to employee claims or value amendments clearly - Proactively raise issues and concerns with stakeholders and management, and assist with process improvement initiatives - Provide administrative and analytical support to Management - Promote and enforce T&E policy understanding and adherence Qualification and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent with 5-8 years of experience in a travel & expense processor role - Working knowledge of Concur expense system and SAP - Experience with Cognos reporting tool is an added advantage - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Outlook - Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving skills, and judgment - Superb internal and external customer service experience - Ability to work effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization - Highly flexible, available to work immediately, and open to travel if required Join BSH Home Appliances Group now and be a part of a team that values your expertise and growth.
