Candidate Requirements:-

1. Graduate degree minimum 2 years experience into training.

2. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.

3. Flexible for travelling through PAN India.

4. Know local language and well versed with QSR culture.

Responsibilities

Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.

Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting

business needs and improving performance.

To design and conduct training sessions for employees as per TNA.

To help in creating a training-based budget and Calendar.

Facilitating and designing Induction and onboarding of new

Candidates.

Promote the culture of a self-motivated learning culture.

Designing various functional and behavioral training modules.

Constant updating of training content.

To conduct Competency-based training needs analysis.
