Senior Executive

As an experienced candidate with 6-10 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely rollout of execution initiatives within the assigned area in Nizamabad. Your role will involve owning the deployment process with a focus on cost, quality, timelines, and resources. You will collaborate with peers and the circle leadership team to address issues and escalations promptly. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with contractors and vendors to ensure that all project work adheres to approved standards without compromising on cost and quality. It will be essential to keep the circle teams well-informed about project progress and provide feedback on work done by contractors. Additionally, you will be accountable for the profitable and smooth running of all operations in the assigned area, ensuring the availability of necessary permissions, materials, manpower, and support. A critical aspect of this role will be to review the performance of projects, operations, and other reporting functions regularly. Your skills in vendor and people management, strong coordination, multi-tasking, conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, and team building will be crucial for success in this position.
