State Operations & Manager-Placements & Tracking (National Office)

· Adhere to the framework, policies, and guidelines of the skill livelihood program training and placements.

· Liaison and network with relevant industry for trainees and provide orientation to the industry on the program.

· Validate mobilized trainees during the batch initiation.

· Maintain the database of industries shortlisted, approached, and finalized and provide regular report to the project coordinator, state coordinator, regional manager, and National Placement team.

· Follow up for partner’s commitments and provide feedback whenever required.

· Regular monitoring visits, to centers and employers of placed candidates.

· Assess the trainee’s capabilities/quality of training.

· Inform the concerned in case of any gaps in training as per the placement requirements.

· Ensure activities related to placement like documentation, best practices, alumni meet, job fair etc. and conducted and maintained well.

· Facilitating and ensuring timely interview alignment, scheduling, coordination of placement travel and targets are achieved as per project deliverables.

· Assess reasons for youth not placed and render support to the team.

· Ensure all necessary risk assessments are undertaken prior to trainees commencing placements with new and existing partner organizations including placement and accommodation providers.

· Conduct post placement tracking along with the MIS team monthly for one year after the completion of the batch.

· Generate analytical reports based on tracking data.

· Ensure solicit agreements/LOIs/Pay slips (and others documents as per project MOU) from the employers for their willingness to place the trainees and their manpower requirements.

· Render interstate placement activity support.
