Responsible for manpower deployment basis load, shift processing count and productivity of GCs in Forward, Reverse & DSC process 2. Morning briefing to be conducted with the GCs for analyzing previous days performance, appreciating the best performance & reflecting on the mistakes committed previously 3. Responsible for updating GCs productivity on hourly basis and providing continuous feedback & training for GCs with less productivity 4. Responsible for clearance of exceptional shipment 1 hour before shift completion 5. Monthly trainings to be conducted for GCs on process (receiving, pre-primary, primary & secondary sorting processes) safety & cleanliness 6.
