Develop and execute annual admission plans aligned with school capacity planning.
Help the school admission team in driving inquiries through campaigns, events, and digital outreach as planned. Provide training and oversee end-to-end application processing, documentation, and compliance to the local admission team.Train the local admission team in conducting school tours, handle queries, and maintaining strong parent relationships.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission target across grades.
Coordinate with internal marketing and creative team for promotional materials and campaigns designs.
3-5 years of experience in marketing or admission in schools or edtech companies
Good communication with persuasive skills
handling queries and dealing with parents
Target oriented, ROI knowledge and street smart.
