We are looking for a seasoned professional to assist the University's senior leadership with administrative, communication, and coordination tasks. This role demands confidentiality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to work beyond standard hours when required.

🔹 Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree

  (any discipline)

• Minimum 10 years

  of experience as an Executive/Personal Secretary to senior leadership in academia or industry
• Exceptional command of

  English communication (written and verbal)

• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  ,

  calendar management tools

  ,

  virtual collaboration platforms

  , and other

  modern digital tools

• Shorthand and Typing is preferred

• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours when needed

🔹 Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to top management
• Manage schedules, meetings, travel plans, and confidential correspondence
• Prepare presentations, minutes, reports, and other communication materials
• Coordinate between internal departments and external stakeholders
• Handle sensitive and time-critical matters with discretion and efficiency
• Maintain records and ensure smooth functioning of the executive office
• Take initiative in anticipating needs and streamlining workflows
