Key Responsibilities

• Ink Matching & Color Management

  :
• Formulate

  custom ink shades

  and match colors accurately.
• Utilize

  INKMAKER software, X-Rite, and Spectrophotometer

  for precise color control.

• Quality Control & Job Approval

  :
• Approve jobs as per

  shade cards and quality standards

  .
• Maintain minimal

  ink wastage

  while ensuring high-quality production.

• Inventory & Material Management

  :
• Maintain optimal

  ink stock levels

  and manage procurement.
• Work on

  waste reduction

  and efficient ink utilization.

• Production Support

  :
• Assist operators in

  ink preparation and job execution

  .
• Ensure

  correct ink components

  are available for production.

• Process Optimization & Reporting

  :
• Generate

  IMS reports

  and track

  ink usage and performance

  .
• Participate in

  root cause analysis

  and implement process improvements.

• Safety & Compliance

  :
• Follow

  R&D-approved ink department procedures

  .
• Maintain a

  safe and organized ink storage system

  .

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma

• 1-2 years of experience

• Strong knowledge of

  MS-Office, Excel, and SAP/ERP systems

  .
• Excellent

  problem-solving, inventory management, and communication skills

  .

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in

  Ink or printing and packaging industry

  .
• Ability to handle

  manpower and multiple production processes
