With over 4 years of business development experience and a Masters in Business Administration or a related field, you will deliver impactful results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining a lead pipeline, negotiating effectively for favorable terms, collaborating with teams to address various aspects of growth, managing lead documentation, identifying emerging markets, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Metrics that you will drive and achieve include the number of properties live, inbound conversion ratio, and process compliance.
