Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for SR. AR Executive in our AR team. You will be responsible for Responsible for AR Collections

What you ll do:

Contacting customers to secure outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Investigating and resolving billing disputes and account discrepancies with customers and internal departments.
Monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable aging reports to identify risks, prioritize collections, and forecast cash flow.
Preparing and presenting regular reports on collection activities, debt reduction, and overall AR performance to senior management.
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance cash flow, reduce outstanding receivables, and improve the efficiency of the AR process.
Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior AR staff to develop their skills and improve team performance.
Ensuring all AR activities comply with company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
Working with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to facilitate smooth invoicing and collection processes.

Who you are:

A bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is often preferred.
Proven experience in accounts receivable, typically 4-6 years or more, with a strong understanding of invoicing and payment collection processes.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and propose solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for customer interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
Strong time management, organizational, and detail-orientation skills
