Senior Executive - Quality

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive - Quality to join our team at Apollo Hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and coaching to staff on quality systems and procedures.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
