Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Coordinate with customers to address quality-related concerns and feedback.
Ensure labelling and packaging of pharmaceutical products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

5-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Experience in pharmaceutical product labelling and packaging is preferred.
Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS).
Excellent customer coordination skills.
Experience in conducting quality audits.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
