Senior Executive - Production

Job Description: o Should possess good product as well as process knowledge of power/distribution transformers tanking activities o Should be able to lead oil and dry type transformers tanking department o Should be responsible for planning & monitoring of daily production as per Integrated Manufacturing Plan to meet the deadlines on time o Positive Reinforcement for productivity improvement, bottle-neck elimination & process quality improvement o Should possess operational knowledge of Vacuum Oven and Air-Drying Oven and Oil filtration process o Should be able to manage labour and handle supervisors independently. o Focus on process quality improvements and bottleneck elimination. o Attending Design Review for continuous improvement and smooth operations o Should focus on Productivity, Quality, Safety, Cost, Delivery (PQSCD) o Responsible for process cycle time reduction, implementation of Kaizens, OPL, improvement projects o Should be acquainted with good knowledge of TPM, Quality Improvement tools, impart training to workers o Responsible for fault analysis and preparation of RCA and CA o Should have better understanding of IMS documents and audits. o Should be well acquainted with ERP system: SAP/Oracle o Should possess strong command on communication for handling documentation, data preparation and inter department discussions Competencies Championing Customer Needs Delivering High Quality Work Production Scheduling Expertise Quality Adherence Serving Customers
