ؠConduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
ؠConducting Product training session to channel partners.
ؠConducting service camps for customers.
ؠAssist Sales team and Partner team in the preparation of proposals and quotations.
ؠBuild and maintain strong customer & Partner relationships.
ؠAssisting service support team on TAC Support cases.
1.Bachelors Degree or above (must in Technical)
2.Solid experience in similar roles
3.Knowledge of Contact Center application, UC application and Cloud solution.
4.Strong skills in client negotiations, presentations, and engagement within a large multinational company
