Senior Executive - Operations (BGV)-Client management

As an Executive Operations at our onsite Background Verification (BGV) team in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing background verification checks. Your responsibilities will include communicating with various stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely case closures, and upholding quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and execute background verification checks efficiently. - Communicate professionally with clients, universities, employers, and vendors via email and phone. - Follow up persistently to ensure verifications are completed within the agreed TAT. - Maintain accurate case records and update verification trackers regularly. - Validate and compile verification responses and documentation for reporting. - Escalate delays and exceptions to the supervisor as per process guidelines. - Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards. - Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, client service, coordination, or back-office roles. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. - Attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work onsite from our Kochi office. Preferred (Not Mandatory): - Exposure to background verification or compliance processes. - Experience working with international clients or in the BFSI/HR domain. Education: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
