Job Description

You are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Executive Operations to join the onsite Background Verification (BGV) team in Kochi. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, client coordination, or verification-related roles. Prior experience in BGV is preferred but not mandatory. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and executing background verification checks, communicating professionally with clients, universities, employers, and vendors, following up persistently to ensure verifications are completed within the agreed TAT, maintaining accurate case records, updating verification trackers regularly, validating and compiling verification responses and documentation for reporting, escalating delays and exceptions to the supervisor, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards, and maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive data. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and execute background verification checks. - Communicate professionally with clients, universities, employers, and vendors via email and phone. - Follow up persistently to ensure verifications are completed within the agreed TAT. - Maintain accurate case records and update verification trackers regularly. - Validate and compile verification responses and documentation for reporting. - Escalate delays and exceptions to the supervisor as per process guidelines. - Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards. - Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, client service, coordination, or back-office roles. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. - Attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work onsite from our Kochi office. Preferred (Not Mandatory): - Exposure to background verification or compliance processes. - Experience working with international clients or in the BFSI/HR domain.
