 Senior Executive - Operations and Service 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Limited.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Implement cash policy and continuously evaluate to ensure adherence and compliance with the Authority Matrix at assigned branches.
  • Handle daily cash collection, updating, and deposition.
  • Prepare daily cash collection reports and send to Head Office.
  • Check and update agency collections.
  • Attend walk-in customers, resolve their issues, and maintain 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Head Office/TCS to resolve customer queries within TAT.
  • Report location cash and customer service details on a daily basis.
  • Cross-sell insurance and other products to walk-in customers.
  • Collect customer feedback regarding services and products.
  • In some locations, handle LC responsibility if assigned as a credit person.
  • Perform branch administrative tasks with the admin manager as per company policy and requirements.

    •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Capable of interacting with customers and collection agencies.
  • MBA with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with a reputed bank or financial institution in consumer financing.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
