Job Description

The Senior Executive – Office & Works Administration will be responsible for end-to-end management of office and works administrative functions. The role involves overseeing housekeeping, pantry, gardening, company assets (including bus, commercial vehicles, and solar system), repairs and maintenance, consumables management, and expense tracking. The incumbent must be self-motivated, agile, and capable of independently handling day-to-day administrative operations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities1. Housekeeping & Facility Management

  • Manage housekeeping services for office and factory premises.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate housekeeping staff and vendors; monitor performance and attendance.

2. Pantry & Consumables Management

  • Oversee pantry operations including supplies, vendors, and hygiene.
  • Procure and manage consumables for pantry and housekeeping.
  • Ensure uninterrupted availability of required materials within approved budgets.

3. Asset Management

  • Manage and maintain company assets including:
  • Company bus and commercial vehicles
  • Solar power system
  • Office and factory infrastructure assets
  • Maintain asset registers and service schedules.
  • Coordinate repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance.

4. Repairs & Maintenance

  • Handle day-to-day repair and maintenance activities for office and works facilities.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contractors/vendors.
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance jobs with cost control.

5. Gardening & External Areas

  • Supervise gardening and upkeep of green areas.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of landscaping and outdoor cleanliness.

6. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

  • Identify, coordinate, and manage vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, transport, and other admin services.
  • Negotiate rates within approved limits and ensure service quality.

7. Expense Tracking & Reporting

  • Track administrative expenses and maintain records.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports and support audits.
  • Ensure expenses are within approved budgets.

8. Compliance & Safety Support

  • Ensure basic statutory and safety compliance related to facilities and transport.
  • Support audits and internal checks as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
