Job Description

Manipal Hospitals, Kharadi, Pune, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing to join our team. The Senior Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive patient volume, enhance brand visibility, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in healthcare sales and marketing, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for promoting quality healthcare services.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing will be responsible for:

  • Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve patient volume and revenue targets for the hospital.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including referring physicians, corporate clients, insurance providers, and community organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Promote the hospital's services and specialties to target audiences through presentations, workshops, and networking events.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients and insurance providers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Marketing and Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the hospital's brand image and increase patient awareness.
  • Manage the hospital's online presence, including website, social media channels, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Organize and participate in marketing events, such as health camps, seminars, and community outreach programs.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians by providing regular updates, addressing their needs, and facilitating patient referrals.
  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients by offering customized healthcare solutions and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as medical staff, operations, and patient services, to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct regular market research to understand competitor activities, identify market trends, and assess customer needs.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance, identify opportunities, and prepare reports for management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment.
