Senior Executive - Key Account Management

As a member of the Customer Success team at FA, your role will involve applying empathy and understanding customer needs to directly contribute to the company's success. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project execution. - Conducting in-depth training sessions for client project stakeholders on product utilization. - Assisting with high-severity requests or issue escalations, guiding clients on product features, and driving client scale-ups for enterprise-level penetration. - Updating clients on new feature developments based on their business requirements. - Monitoring client accounts to ensure product adoption and usage, and demonstrating the product to clients pre-execution when required. We are seeking engineering graduates with 3-5 years of experience, possessing: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong presentation abilities. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment. - Go-getter attitude, strong work ethic, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset. - Enthusiasm about technology and demonstrated technical aptitude.
