Job Description

Function: Client Relationship Management Location: HO/Site Experience Required: 1012 Years Industry: Real Estate Position Overview / What You’ll Do: As a Senior Executive/Executive – CRM , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end post-sales operations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers from booking through to handover. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to fulfill customer requirements in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate and manage all post-sales documentation for customers, including Sale Agreements, Allotment Letters, and related records. Act as a point of contact for customer queries via calls, emails, and meetings — ensuring a prompt and courteous response at all times. Coordinate with banks and customers for home loan documentation and disbursement formalities. Raise demand notes in a timely manner as per project construction progress and follow up for collections. Assist customers in the registration process of their units, ensuring complete compliance with legal and regulatory procedures. Liaise with internal departments such as Projects, Finance, Legal, and Sales to address customer requirements and resolve issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documentation, and payment status using CRM tools or ERP systems. Support the CRM Manager in reporting, escalations, and internal audits. Provide handholding support to customers during key milestones like site visits, payments, and final handover. Basic Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce graduates preferred). 10–12 years of experience in CRM or post-sales roles in the real estate industry. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Proficient in business writing, customer correspondence, and email etiquette. Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Familiarity with real estate documents, RERA processes, and customer service systems. Preferred Skills & Attributes: Customer-focused attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to CRM software or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) is an advantage. Languages: English – Fluent Hindi – Working proficiency Knowledge of South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) is preferred
