Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities-

• Collect, compile, and analyze data, metrics, and statistics for cabin and cockpit crew.
• Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates
• Report on key recruiting metrics like time to fill and hiring costs etc.
• Identifying and working with the HR Leaders and team members to resolve various HR related issues
• Creating and delivering presentations on HR related analytics topics across the business
• Automation projects for processes related to cabin crew and cockpit crew
• Governance, audit and compliances related to crew policies

Key Requirements-

• 3-4 yrs of experience in HR, data handling and project management
• Experience in researching and reading data and reports
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Ability to provide advice and support to the department, regarding HR policies, processes, and best practices
