Senior Executive - Human Resource

As a dynamic and enthusiastic HR professional at SE-Mentor, your role will involve managing the employee engagement function. You will be responsible for driving HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, improve employee retention, and enrich the SE-Mentor culture. Your ability to understand the organization's pulse and collaborate closely with the leadership team and the rest of the HR team will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Actively contribute to the HR strategy and formulate an employee engagement strategy aligned with it. - Establish a comprehensive employee engagement framework to provide real-time insights on engagement levels. - Implement the employee engagement strategy through various interventions such as events, one-on-one discussions, and leadership interactions. - Develop an event calendar for the year in alignment with the strategy. - Plan and organize events including company outings, team building activities, and occasion-based events. - Establish effective communication channels to connect with onsite employees and gather feedback. - Create and implement recognition and reward programs to acknowledge outstanding contributions. - Own the employee query resolution process and collaborate with all stakeholders for effective resolution.
