Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive Human Resources role located in Bengaluru. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, Managing Compliance and Payroll, fostering positive employee relations, and overall HR management. They will ensure that all human resource functions are in line with the company’s objectives and regulatory requirements, and contribute to creating a supportive and effective workplace.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations , Compliance and Payroll
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaboratively with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the facilities management industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
