Senior Executive - Human Resource

As an HR professional at SE-Mentor, you will play a crucial role in managing the employee engagement function. Your primary responsibilities will involve driving HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, improve retention, and enrich our organizational culture. It will be essential for you to understand the pulse of the organization and work closely with the leadership and HR team. You will actively contribute to the overall HR strategy and develop an employee engagement strategy that aligns with it. This strategy will encompass a comprehensive framework to measure and provide real-time insights into employee engagement levels. Implementation of the strategy will involve various interventions such as organizing events, conducting one-on-one discussions, facilitating leadership interactions, and more. Your role will also require you to create an annual event calendar in line with the engagement strategy. This will involve planning and organizing a variety of events including company outings, team-building activities, and celebrations for special occasions. Establishing effective communication channels to connect with onsite employees and gather feedback will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recognition and reward programs to acknowledge outstanding contributions from employees. Managing the employee query resolution process and collaborating with all stakeholders to address concerns will also be part of your role.
