Senior Executive - Hub Operations

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing Hub activities, ensuring accurate sorting and loading of packages onto feeders/aircrafts, and dispatching loads on time to appropriate locations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating Hub and Sort Operations by analyzing volume projections, reviewing daily reports, and collaborating with support functions for planning day-to-day activities. - Monitoring Safety Compliance by serving on the CHSP Committee, ensuring health and safety plans are implemented, providing necessary resources for compliance, and conducting audits. - Supervising and Developing Others by identifying training needs, providing feedback and support, conducting performance evaluations, and resolving performance issues to foster teamwork. - Managing Internal and External Customer Needs by ensuring healthy employee relations, attending pre-sort meetings, collaborating with internal customers, and communicating cross-functionally. - Supporting a Collaborative Work Environment by communicating operational objectives, providing training on new services, evaluating employee relations, and maintaining positive labor relations. You should possess the following skills and knowledge: - Good experience in managing hub operations (middle mile) - Knowledge of budgeting and accounting principles - Skill in budget preparation and forecasting - Experience in handling workflow - Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships - Good listening skills and anticipation of business needs - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills Educational Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent Relevant Experience: - 5-6 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity and industry Competencies: - Achieve Result - Serve and Delight our customers - Collaborate and Partner with others - Engage, Inspire and Develop people,
