Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Oversee end-to-end blue-collar workforce management across multiple locations.
  2. Manage attendance, attrition, and absenteeism to ensure operational stability.
  3. Handle payroll queries and incentive disbursements accurately and on time.
  4. Generate and share manpower reports with stakeholders regularly.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Implement employee engagement activities and address grievances effectively.
  2. Ensure compliance in recruitment, deployment, and exit processes.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external teams to streamline HR operations.
  4. Utilize MS Office tools to support data analysis and reporting tasks.
