Senior Executive HR with Compliance Experience

As an experienced professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the regional recruitment process for positions in operational and professional bands. Your duties will include shortlisting candidates, preparing selection schedules, and identifying panel members for various stages of the selection process. Additionally, you will support the recruitment process for hiring senior roles, negotiate salaries, and issue job offers to selected candidates in accordance with guidelines. You will be tasked with conducting HR operations in the region as per the guidelines defined by the corporate HR team. This includes maintaining HRIS data, conducting full and final settlement processes for attrited employees, and ensuring timely resolution of employee queries on HR operations and related activities. You will also validate and send requests for various certificates to the central operations team and administer benefits and reimbursements for employees in the region. Your role will require you to ensure timely availability of information for internal and statutory audits, implement employee welfare and engagement initiatives, and maintain employee relations in the region while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. It will be essential for you to keep updated on changes in labor laws and statutory guidelines, taking necessary actions to ensure compliance with any changes that may arise.
